Description
I did this for a friend, he was in need of motivation so i told if he accomplished what he did i would make him anything and so he did and he asked me to make him this. I have to be honest and say that this was difficult for me especially because i haven't drawn lugia in like forever. but i used a referenced to help me out. I used water colors mainly and some pen.lugia belongs to pokemon.
