After the battle of Mount Hyjal, distraught and furious with the destruction the Legion wrought, Taeana sought out every means in order to combat them. Eventually she joined forces with Illidan and upon the broken world of Outland trained with others to become a Demon Hunter, sacrificing her culture and people and sight in her path to end the Legion threat in the universe.
