What a beautiful capture. You did a great job with that photo, I especially like that his head fills almost the whole width of the photo and the shallow depth of field. I would have liked it if you had used a lower point of view which lets the animal look more majestic and powerful (in my opinion).

I agree. The enclosure was hideous for photography and he was pacing back and forth along the bars making shooting anything nearly impossible. I manged to catch him as he briefly zig-zagged. I managed to catch two quick shots but I wasn't ready for him.

The enclosure is mostly annoying because its new. If it was a hundred years old it would be forgiveable but it was new they wanted to stuff something into available space.
