Description
Quest of the Four Orbs is a project where I'm trying to strike a balance between generic enough for all its elements to be immediately recognizeable and easily reusable for other people to remix into their own games, and distinct enough to have an identity that people can latch onto.

To that end, one of the common low-level enemy encounters is this creature, a Ratcoon. It mostly resembles a raccoon in size, but with some distinctly murine features (nose, ears, and incisors most prominently). Is it some sort of hybrid beast magically formed from both, a rather large rodent that happens to have some raccoon-like features in its ecological niche, or a completely separate creature that resembles two we recognize the way a platypus might be called a "duck beaver" or a wolverine a "skunk bear"?
