I have a love of street scenes like this. Β Lots of people, old buildings, light rail, plenty of colors and textures, and no cars parked everywhere! Β Not that I'm opposed to cars, as they have their place, but they don't need to be everywhere, there need to be places reserved for people to get out and walk without fear of being run down. Β The composition here is perfect.

I'm a fan of streetcars and I live near San Francisco which has a rolling museum of vintage streetcars on the Market Street line.
The older ones are nostalgic, but being being madeΒ up of wooden seats, not too comfortable.
Do your trolleys have their own private right of ways, or do they mix with surface vehicle traffic?

Yes, I think the streetcars make the streets look more interesting. In Helsinki they mix with the other traffic. There's a museum of old streetcars in Helsinki too.

wow, quaint but modern, even has a Burger King!
And not a single shred of litter or beer can lying around (unlike the USA...)
It looks peaceful and happy there.
