I've seen a documentary about some intelligent animals and they mentioned the crow. They said it was one of the cleverest animals in the world.It gave me the idea to draw a clever crow, so why not with some glasses?
sometimes I think I have strange inspiration xD
It was really funny to do and it's so awesome to paint with coffee! Hope you like it!

This is so cute... I really love the black shades (crows aren;t really black but have this beautiful sheen of greys - they shimmer in the light) and you basically caught this in your painting!
I love the white outline, and the background as well... nice watercolour illustration of sorts

It is a joy and a true gift to be able to view lots of people's art from all over the world.. and it's artists like yourself and many others I have luckily found amongst such a large database that will continue to inspire me to do more work! 
Oh why thanks! I'm not much of a painter.. it's new to me and I'm hoping to collect together some more tools of the trade soon (like brushes, paints, palettes, etc) as well as contributing more art to my repertoire.
Do you have any suggestions for paint brushes (material, brand name?) or even paints to begin with? (brand names in watercolour)
At the moment - I just use Derwent watercolour pencils (classic 24)

Of course I understand, I remember when I started watercolours too... now I don't want to stop haha! Everyone has been a beginner someday and I think that you're already doing great things with watercolours!
And yes I can give you some help.. I've just made a Journal about it, I hope it could help you! Art supplies I use for painting . Just hope that you could find all of these in Australia at the other side of the planet haha

Awesome. It's interesting to see how people transition and develop. I like how you put "I think" almost like watercolour has taken over your life haha
I've been a lead artist for a longggg time. I started out in mostly portraiture at quite a young age.. But I lost passion for it - like the feeling that I needed to branch out over the last few years! A sign I needed artistic stimulation and change?!
I've long admired illustrations like those found on Hallmark cards, children's books and animation. And this past year I discovered watercolour paint and pencils and how much it interested me!
I was long scared of colour but now it's all I can think about haha

This is the most adorable crow I've ever seen. I like how big the glasses are for his face, and the splattered background adds a nice bit of color to the picture.
