Very good representation of anguish through your pose and facial expression. Even though it is your own hand, the brushing back of the hair looks like someone else has stumbled upon you and is trying to see if you are okay.

I do have a question. Is your position that you are sitting crouched with your face leaning on your right knee? I had to study this for a bit of a while to determine what I was seeing. It's not a bad photograph, mind you, just a little disorienting. It's always good when people can't just look at art and quickly dismiss it, but rather force us to contemplate it's aspects and parameters.
