His form is identical to Asriel's Dreemurr God of Hyper-Death form, the difference is the stats, while Asriel's Hyper-Death form is superior in all stats, the Foemaniac form is inferior in all stats, including his high hp, which is lower than the hp of asriel's form, however this can only be a way to face the hambo and his group by killing all the mimiff of each specific world and zone, and for the group of hambo is not at an unfair advantage to be able to kill him, and its foemaniatic theme shares leitmotif with the songs of hopes and dreams bergentrückung by asgore, and some songs by undyne the undying and chaos king from deltarune
