How do you have a sewing pattern in blender? Lol.

You should make a tutorial, awesome!

I hope you don`t think about blending machine , by blender I mean software for 3D modelling ( [link] ). Making patterns there is very simple if you know this program very well.

I know the program

Do you just 3d model the thing, and print out the net shape? Or something.

You have to make the model, than 'cut it' into pieces (one piece will be one piece of fabric) (select some verticles then hit '' on keyboard and choose selected) when you'll do this, join all pieces (ctrl+j) but WITHOUT joining verticles ('remove doubles' thing) and go to the UV Editor (I hope you used it before if not read sthg about it)select whole model in 3D view - object view and hit 'F' on keyboard - you should have all the pieces shown in UV editor - this is your pattern.

Make a screenshot of it, scale it in some 2D graphics program, and for bigger plushies you`ll have to split this screenshot for couple of pictures (each picture = one A4 sheet of paper, for about 80cm ones i split pattern into 36 A4 sheets) now print it, cut it, redraw it on fabric and that`s it (simple isn`t it? )
