Oh my goooosh! I'd say the first noticeable feature of this amazing piece would definitely be the colouring and the lighting effects. I got immediately surprised at how good your shading game was when I saw the shadows on the floor and the light coming from the window, your technique is already impeccable at that; that also contrasts so well with the dark thematic of DDL's streets and make the colors of the composition pop up in such a sweet way.

The poses are really dinamic, it's lovely how it's not just a standing pose but you can clearly tell something -happened- here LOL. Hall's expression and composture are hilarioussss I almost feel bad for the poor micromanager KASDPKADPAKSD which is also pre-tty rocking if I can say so mmmmhmmm!!! They look both -gorgeous- in your style, I can tell you've absolutely nailed this at every possible aspect there is.
