They grow in open woodlands and bloom in early spring. I found it's also called "Liverleaf.

Well I can probably guess it grows in many european countries, also in Northern America.

Wow...the color contrast between the brown background and the blue flower just makes it pop out at you! The details are so amazing! And the focus is just perfect......frawing your eyes right to the flower as the focus point! This is beautiful!

looks like a photoshop or something like a 3dsmax flower was put into the frame, cause there's no stem, not saying it is, just the colour of that flower is very different, never seen something as bright

But in reality it was very similar to this. I did add more saturation, it may not totally look real but it sure looks pleasing to me right now hehe.

Well it's quite saturated, mainly because it then looks better as a wallpaper.
