Been struggling with art block again. This seems like the new normal now. Art block period is feeling much longer than inspirational period. I hope it's not because toxic workplace environment is bleeding into my daily thoughts. Or simple because work is taking too much of my time. no wonder so many artists give up their passion after they've found a full time job. it really is a decision between the two.
on a site note. dA seems to be getting quieter and quieter. I recently finally browsed through the main page a bit after a long long time, and was shocked about how much it had changed. A few of my favorite artists on here are also no longer active >.<

also, yeah I understand if people are too busy to be active, but I wonder why people leave dA when other sites where artists post art are doing fine. (like tumblr, twitter, instagram, etc.)
I personally still prefer dA because it's really more on art, and you're sure almost everyone is involved in an art form one way or another, unlike other sites where there's some clutter from people who aren't really into the same things you do.
I miss those old days too.
