Art by the dexterous Ryan Sook .Falcon was previously the only character with this card , which I can only assume was miscoded HT since the other cards with that code bear no mechanical resemblance to it. For Zatanna it's meant to represent how talented she is at stage magic, and the usual transmutations and illusions she falls back on with her powers. Definitely fits that purpose.
