lol I'm really proud of the pic I'm currently working on. Its better already! (I point to my new copic markers ((the super expensive ones)) and say that they've helped a hell of a lot!!!)

I will quite agree. I think that having the right tools make a tremendous difference! And the right paper for markers seems to be very important. I'm still trying different ones for marker work. Vellum seems nice. The bristol board didn't work out quite as well for me with the markers, but maybe it's a level of experience thing and I'll get there later. (but i've been spending most of my time with colored pencil and watercolor recently)
