This is awesome, all of them.
I particularly like your Four though - you really caught the crazy wild eyes. How those crazy eyes of his never creeped me ut more as a kid I don't know.
And your War Doctor - really well captured.
I like the way you've drawn 12 and have a feeling he's gonna be as stern as that.

I considered including Cushing, but I really wanted to stick to canon and (sadly) the Dalek films are not considered part of the TV series canon.
