Darling I don't like Brett because he's not my Holmes... I mean, I saw all the Holmes made in the years and none of them was my Holmes till the russian one and now Robert... I can't stand Brett because I don't like his effemminate behaviour plus his rabid fans are the worse thing ever!
You know, I know canon like my pockets, and maybe it's me but I cannot say that Brett is the best Holmes ever. His series was more a "One man show" I cannot find chemistry between him and his Watsons, and we know that Holmes and Watson are balancing each other perfectly in the books.
Brett is too much of a diva for my tastes, and of course all the fans are hating me but I don't care, this is my personal idea and for me I'm right, LOL!
I totally disagree with the fandom and I'm like a white fly among fans. Do you know what? I'm proud to be an outsider. ^^

and um yeah I've talk to my friend when i finished watching epi2 about why it looks like Watson was left behind or sth like that... and Holmes is such a workaholic lol. I like when Watson is anxious about Holmes,though. and about the chemistry ah yes me either XD lol but I haven't watch all of it but I understand you.

I saw granada's series more than 10 times (GOSH) because, well, it was the only series they aired here in Italy till the advent of internet! YAY! After internet I searched for more series and TA DAAAN the russian came out, then the american and above all I LOVE the russian series too much!
Of course there are lots of movies based on Sherlock Holmes, a long long list... some spoofs, some anachronists, some just "meh" and some very good but among the movies Ritchie's is the best Holmes IMHO! ^^
