Can you give a brief description of how you made your chakrams? I've been struggling to find a good way to make them sturdy and accurate. Just a few pointers will be more than welcome.

The chakrams are mostly made of foam material which is used for the isolation of pipes. Here you can see some wip-pictures of my chakrams:

Wow, that is a way better way of making them than I tried before (carving giant blocks of styrofoam was not all that great). Thanks so much! ^_^
How did you get the cardboard spikes to stay on the chakrams? I tried hot glue on mine and it refused to work, they were falling off from the slightest motion. And you used sticks for the cross in the middle of the chakrams, right?

I used hot glue for the spikes. But you have to be careful, it melts the foam material. The spikes aren't really robust... I can't threw the chakrams XD
You can try to use styrofoam for the spikes and fix it with a toothpick (and glue). You should cover the weapon at least with two layers of papier mΓ’chΓ© before painting. I made Xigbar's arrowguns by using this method, they're quite stable.
Yeah, the cross is made of bamboo and some foam material.
