I kinda wanted to title it "The boy who cried wolf," but, meh, idk... Let's try this one out first
It's a full moon outside, which reminds Sam of a certain wolf he loves. It's been so long he's almost lost hope, yet he can't help but watch the road below when the moon is out like this, wishing that maybe this night it will be different. Maybe this night his wolf will come back to him.

Maybe Sam will join the military and go on tour(s) of duty in some conflict, turn out to be an natural soldier , and come back a strong man who's physical and mental scaring that have changed him for the better, and maybe Sam will bump into Spike somewhere, they'll catch up and Spike will see how much his childhood friend has changed, rekindling their friendship... Sorry, let my imagination overflow onto paper. Anyway, pretty neato piece you got there, love the expression and details and the colour choice, keep up the good work! Also love the fact that spike is a wolf, I thought he was a husky, but this is even better! By the way, who is that reflected on the window? Is that who I think it is?

I'm am not a patreon sadly, and I really wanted to help you get what you need to improve everything about SPIKE. i've been following your art since 2015 and I feel like I knew about this story since forever xD
Probably the only way to help you is by buying a physical edition of this book. I was lloking foward to getting it at the end of this year as you promised the first time. But as you said on you last Patreon post, I will have to wait until 2019. That got me sad but at the same time so excited because I could understand that you are worried about giving a well constructed project. When the artist said that the middle process is as important as the final product, I aprreciate that artist even more for that.
I really want to say thank you for all what you gave me and probably all the ones who have been followed you maybe with your art or just with your unfinished first essay of this novel. And if I have to wait two more years to get my copy of this novel, I will wait until I have the book in my hands... even if I have to go to Norwhere in order to buy my SPIKE book XD (stop this psychopath!!)

I really got exited when my phone said you were streaming this. I just about lost my xbox controller making my way to my stream watching room. It was a lot of fun to watch, and to talk to you other fans.

Neat'o! So, if I instantaneously convert and claim I believe in Jesus' gospel, all of my supposed 'sins' will be forgiven, I am saved forever and ever no matter what and I will have avoided death and destruction and a one-way ticket to a certain four-letter infernal location, and I will instead get to reside in the Cloud-Kingdom for all eternity, despite it being fully booked already by its 144 000 residents according to the Scripture? Yet, according to the same piece of holy literature as quoted in your comment, nothing I do can ever save me from anything no matter what, so I will end up in said inferno either way? Could you explain this hypocrisy to me, please?

It was a great stream, oomi! I loved watching you paint this. The detail in Sam's fur is amazing and the atmosphere is so melancholic. It hurts to see Sam this way, but it's a beautiful painting. ^_^

If you are willing to consider titles proposals in different languages than English, may I suggest you "Entre chien et loup". It literally translates as "between dogs and wolves" and is an expression that serves to refer to this time of the day, somewhere after the Sun has set, where things are no more what they appear, where you cannot tell the difference between dogs and wolves. It's the time where you cannot discern between reality and illusion, where you cannot tell if what you see is true or if it's just a dream... And since Sam is a dog and Spike a wolf... That said, this picture seems to take place much later than the time this expression is used for, so it doesn't really work. But anyway, it is beautifully heartbreaking (but is it too much to ask for only one picture where Sam is happy ?).
