Uhh is it just me or is dA's image pixelation total poop lately???

- Neo is not good at making articulated speech with there being three broken perspectives buzzing in their head at all times

- They can be bipedal or quadrepedal, they scamper around a lot

- Neo was imprisoned by a higher ranking Gem for a long, long time and have only recently escaped, how they came to be on Earth is another mystery all on it's own

- The Tourmalines that make Neo up were shattered for being Crystal Gem Scouts, another Gem saw something that they were not meant to and the Tourmalines were found out and destroyed, their remnants later being forced together for "experimental purposes" though truth be told it was more of a further sick punishment and now, while in a way they are glad to have each other, they're forced to live this very confusing existence, never being themselves or what they should have been together

- It is unknown if they can fuse with another Gem, though it would be ill advised to try given Neo's mental state

- They are very skittish and untrusting of others, very sad and broody, rarely actually gets angry

- Neo tends to cry or snarl a lot out of the frustration from trying to communicate with others, it's very hard and their speech is simple, often one or very few words strung together

- Their hair behaves like a tail and ears, mostly just because I want them to

- They are very cuddly and protective once they warm up to someone

- Neo's height is comparable to Jasper's
