Description “Pangaea” Anti-Hero: She is an adult renegade that often opts to kill those she thinks of as wrong, depending on the crime, instead of giving them the chance to live in prison. If someone is important enough she may leave the incapacitated criminal near a base or police station, as she is not great with chasing leads.

Quirk Type: Transformation

Chimera: Can alter DNA to any animal, existing or extinct, in any combination she feels. It is possible to heal injuries by altering the DNA in the specific regions but it will require a moment of concentration.

Roulette: If she bites an individual in her “Base Form” it can trigger an aberration and either add animal attributes // powers, or erase one’s own powers to replace with the animal DNA. This has been used against her will in the past. She will sometimes choose to give a boon to the occasional friend or good acquaintance, but this comes with the price that she will be watching how you use the gift closely. If you disappoint her she might just have to get rid of you. She takes care of her “Mistakes”.

Berserker: She can sometimes lose control of her emotions and end up getting swallowed by her instincts. Her eyes will glaze over white and her horns may become somewhat distorted. She is reacting on anger and fear and self preservation. None will be spared that stand in her way. This state can be influenced by “Anivoice” or you can force her to revert to her “Base Form” by breaking off her horns. She will be incapacitated for a while after this.
*This can also happen if an "Erasure-Quirk" is used on her while transformed, it takes her control away which can make her even more dangerous.

Infrasound: She can produce low frequency sound that will certainly unsettle her opponents who most likely will be unable to hear it. They will be momentarily unable to move from the unseen oppression giving her an opening to strike. She can push it deep enough to sometimes cause head-splitting migraines, but it is more difficult to do so.

Brief History:

Fae was born in the states to a Quirkless couple. Her parents could not handle raising her, unable to do much to control her, and eventually decided to surrender her to foster care.

After an incident with some housemates her “Roulette” ability was discovered and the foster system sold her off to a research lab. She spent many years there in Unsavory conditions that soured her mind and hardened her heart. Once she had built up enough control of her abilities and lulled her captors to believe she was in a constant daze, she made her escape. It was a messy task but not unnecessary.

Once free she found a way overseas to escape any further prosecution and found herself in the Far East where she now resides, keeping mostly to herself and honing her skills. She is an opportunistic vigilante, staying mostly within a radius of wherever she is currently holed-up.

Restrictions to Quirk:

*She cannot produce multiple heads // brains, so no Cerberus type things.

*The bigger the body, the harder to control and more likely she will lose herself to "Berserker".

*Can fly, but not great at it. She is more suited for the earth and she is well aware of it.

*"Roulette" is most accessable after "Berserker" has been nullified. She is at her most defenseless in this state as it can be hours or days before she recovers, depending on the situation. Her horns must regrow to a certain point before she can rely on her quirk again.

-Must always have at least two different animal attributes

-Base form cannot change hair color

-Eye color does not change besides "Berserker"

-Horn shape can vary as much as anything else & can have more than 2

Random:

-She might occasionally take in a stray kid if she feels sorry for them; she usually tries to hide her kindness to seem more intimidating, but cannot help herself in some situations. We aren't going to say she is a good role model, but she is protective!

-She will suppress her animal traits to appear as small as possible when or if she finds it necessary to go into public.

-Fae prefers to live in more rural areas so she has room to roam freely.

-Likes to paint and work with her hands.

-Overly invested in herbology.

-She does not see herself as a Villain and will not attack (and never kill) Heroes unless they give her no other option, and even then only enough to escape. She will act where they won't, tidying up the streets in unsavory ways and does not seek their approval.

-Is more like to defend innocent or defenseless civilians against true Villains.

-She tends to target Villains that are within her means, this includes sexual predators and their like.

-Does not tend to toy with her prey, she likes a quick end and it's the only mercy she gives.

-Fae doesn't eat people, that's gross, they taste bad and she would know!

-Can be redeemed if one helps to isolate her from public news. She would do well as a Live-In Combat instructor. She does not feel she needs to act on things she has no knowledge of and is happy to avoid any type of news in general if she can. She means we'll but is not satisfied at simply capturing the causes of major issues, this is why it would be best to separate her from the public as a type of house arrest situation.

*Future Headcanons:*

-Is incapacitated and captured by a Teacher/Hero at UA after trying to defend them from a Villain, even though the Teacher//Hero was in the middle of confronting Fae Lynn about a Villain she'd recently caused to go missing.

-Is held in the upper levels of Tartarus while being interrogated about her entire existence. They discovered her weak point due to the battle that landed her here; therefore she is minimal security concern as long as her horns are kept trimmed. This keeps her weak, even if she has no intentions of escape.

-A bargain is made in light of her ill-placed "Heroics" over the course of her years in Japan. It is understood she can be reasoned with and has no outright I'll intent toward Heroes, children, or other innocent civilians. All the killings she admitted to were some type of disgusting urchin that had suddenly dropped off the radar. And willing to admit it or not, the fear factor of their disappearances did cause drops in the crime rates. Thus it was decided that UA would hold custody of the prisoner, due to vouching from the Teacher//Hero that brought her in.

-She was asked to comply with wearing an aspect of a personal guard's Emitter Quirk. This quirk user can create rings of malleable matter that bend to their will. If the guard deems it necessary the ring can split into multiple "Binders" that can constrict, impale, cut, or gain immense gravitational force depending on the weilder's intent. This person's entire job is to make sure Fae Lynn is supervised. When they need rest she is simply detained in her "dorm" which is more of a big homey isolation chamber. With no means of escape.

-Her guard is intimately familiar with all aspects of her quirk, as they should be as an employee of Tartarus. They know when her Berserker gets out of hand and how to stop it. They normally weigh her down and send Binders to her horns so they can clip her power source. If there is one thing Fae likes about her guard, its this. She doesn't like Berserker any more than the bystanders do.

-UA will put her to use training their students in live combat, and though she does not like the idea of attacking children it was agreed that she would do as she was bid in exchange for her semi-freedom from Tartarus' hold. To pass her combat course the single or paired teams must figure out how to bring her down without deadly force. If at any point either side gets out of hand, the round will be terminated and reviewed after medical aid is administered.

-Eventually after enough trust is finally rebuilt with this former stray vigilante, Fae Lynn will officially be offered a title of employment under Tartarus. They can keep her focused, and give her a duty to help contain the loathesome creatins that she would have once aspired to destroy. She will have grown in character by this time and even gained control enough to rarely ever lose herself to Berserker and will have become close friends with her former guard. The best part is if anyone escapes, she has every legal right to rough them up~
