None of these are up for adoption, btw.Adoptable Battle Dragons; original title I know. This is round 1.
New thing I'm doing on ChickenSmoothie. I got bored with my original adoptable species thread, so now I'm doing dragons.
The way the dragon's appearance is determined is completely random using www.seventhsanctum.com 's generator. All of these except the black one were done using that. 8D It's great fun.
The older/first ones are the bottom two, as you can see I was still figuring out how I could efficiently color these. The next two (orange and green) are when I figured out how I was going to color them and the top two are that idea much improved.
I'm secretly using burn and dodge tool~ o3o
Also, the glowy rune things are the dragon's element. Also determines how effective an attack is against another dragon.

Very awesome! Love the shading.. good job on balancing out the dodge/burn tool. :3 My favorite is the red one. I think I'll do an exercise with that random generator. It seems to create awesomely unique results.
