Macro of a lightbulb. I am happy with the way it came out. It wasn't even planned, I was just in the bathroom looked up, and thought the bulb would make a cool shot, got my stuff, took it, and it came out with this awesome blue shade.No the shade was not photoshopped in, it was naturally that way.
Your 'ghetto' bug was so much cooler! lol I know for sure Friday I will find you staring at the lightbulbs in my bathroom LOL I love you

I really like this. The blue hues are a great addition to the picture. I like how its overexposed in the middle. I just don't like the glare of the (flash?) in the light bulb.

It's a bit ironic that it reads sunbeam, but it looks more like night.

ooh -- very nice. i like the lighting u have on the ...uhhh... light....
the lighting is soft enough so that it doesnt create white spots-- but bright enough to give the bulb a definite shape. well done!
the hue is also gorgeous. i also like the detail on the logo. how did u get it in focus. must have been a high aperture. *looks up at settings* --- and they arnt there. oh well.

this looks just so damn cool!! i really like the blue shades and the angle.. and i gotta say.. the printed gray label just adds soo much to the whole ambiance ... this is a *really* nice macro.. great job!

The macro makes the bulb look huge! One of those giant lightbulbs. Even though I'm sure it's just normal sized, the perspective helps to make it feel larger. Beautiful effect from the blue as well, a case of seriously good lighting.

Wow very nice effect. Its almost all like "in your face" kinda thing, or that you bumped your head on it and looked up. The shades of blue really give a surreal kinda feel and the logo just tops it all off. The only thing I might suggest though is getting rid of that small rectangular white reflection in the middle in PS, just think its a little distracting, but thats only technicalities
