In zelda: Majora's mask, there is a race of ninjas called Garo Robes or Garo Ninjas.
They seem really cool~
Apparently they are ghosts but I like the idea that they are humans wearing robes *u*
I still haven't played MM! T_____T
Ah it's messy cause I just needed to draw something after waking up XD and then breakfast was ready and I had to finish up XD

They look a bit like Sheikah in my mind~ and their glowing green eyes are distinctive ^^
In Termina, the garo are most like the sheikah from Hyrule since both are stealthy groups of ninjas ^a^

God, I love this picture SO MUCH. I adore how you depicted a Garo and I love your theory that they are Termina's answer to Sheikah.
I actually have a question! Would it be OK if I cosplayed this design, giving you full credit? I wanted to cosplay a Garo anyway, but didn't have an idea on what wig to use or generally what aesthetic to try to achieve. And this is just perfect.

but this is a really cool concept, i really like it and it looks a little like sheikah, they should do something in a game where you see more of the history of sheikah clan before it was wiped out basically....

they were in Ikana valley and there is a miniboss called garo master (he wears a big mask with two eye holes)

since termina is like a parallel universe to hyrule I think the gao ninjas were most similar to the sheikah x3
I hope they will have more games that feature the sheikah!

I looove the Garo Robes as well <3 actually, I love everything in Majora's Mask, especially everything that has to do with the Ikana kingdom ;n; and I really love your interpretation of one of them as well. I mean, everything in that region is just simply dead and wandering ghosts, so I don't mind the idea of humans wearing those robes back when there was still life in eastern Termina maybe

yees, I do that all the time when working on some FF-RP-drawings-mix-thing or when playing MM which I'm doing atm xD have arrived in Ikana yesterday and it's sooo~ ♥ a little creepy, mysterious and fascinating. I really really hope you can play MM soon so you don't get too much spoilered on everything before ;n;

Majora's Mask is quite the... trip. I also consider it one of the hardest Zelda games (THE hardest if you only count modern ones). It's tone is a bit odd compared to the rest of the franchise as well. If you have a Wii you can get it from their Virtual Console selection (I don't know about the Wii U. XD)
