Not too far away in their own basement facility, the ladies of Willow Glen had their eye on a similar upward tick.

Their tournament arguably went even worse than the JSG trainers. The trainers were an unknown commodity. The WGWC had some inner battles each week and thought they’d make some noise.

They made very little.

They too decided they’d be better and started taking the weekend romps up a level. Along with spending more time at the gym working out and watching what others were doing, they were working on holds and escapes with each other.

This did bring an extra dimension of intensity between the four of them, but only insofar as the competitiveness goes. They were pushing each other to be better but they were also still going to take care of one another as they had proven in the past.

Now that they knew what the gym was about and what to expect they were sure they could up their own levels and put several other gym members on their backs at a regular clip.
