I just got back watching some retrospective videos by Lewis "Linkara" Lovhaug of Atop The 4th Wall about one of Marvel's many curiosities, ROM The Spaceknight(!) who has got be one of my favorite Marvel heroes.The guy is like the Master Chief and Robocop of the Marvel universe. I've heard of him before and didn't think much of him, I thought he looked kinda doofy but his looks grew onto me later on and the lore built around him is cool too. Everything about Rom seems kinda METAL XD
Interesting thing about Rom that he was just a (kinda underwhelming) toy that was licensed by Marvel to make comics, originally Rom didn't had anything in terms of back story so Marvel took a lot of creative liberties and given him a key role within the universe. He's obscure but awesome as hell and I wish he was included in there projects like the movies, games and shows, but unfortunately legal issues got in the way with the guys that made the toy, so yeah. It's a real darn shame really, but what can you do

Pixelized ROM, very cool. I spent many hours on an old Apple ][ C trying to make a ROM game in the mid 80's. Could have used something like this then.

I've already got my local comic shop holding copies for me, and #0 comes out on Free Comic Book Day. First Saturday in May. Two events in one day. Rom #0 and the Derby!

unlike the Babylon 5 series which got much better after Bruce Boxlietner came onto the show there was no saving that horrible ROM reboot from idw.

I think Atari wouldn't have graphics like that back then, maybe like something for the Game Boy Advance or early Nintendo DS XP
