Stopping for a moment
A moment of long solace
The drawn out breath it takes
Before the day finally breaks
The sun may rise
And the horizon may fade
But deep in the pit of your heart
You will still feel
That distance that draws you further apart
The hole only time can make larger
So when that day comes
And it surely will come
Take that moment not for granted
But when time stands still and alone
You will see them
The divide no longer strong
And your heart if only for a second
May stop to allow
The sun to shine and the flower to grow
For in their heaven they rest
Where you can only know
Your heart is happiest.

Again very good poem. I don't know why you were so worried about posting these. I think we have very different styles, I can tell you read alot of classics because that really comes across in the way you write and the overall style and composition. Yours seem alot more controlled than mine, i just write whatever I feel at the time and yours actually make sense *jealous*. My secret hatred begins now...
