But omg. It feels good to finish a project that’s taken almost 5 days to make myself complete. I wish I could finish something like this in one day or so, but it gets so draining. I found myself texting a friend that I didn’t feel like finishing, even though I only had the face left to do. ADD. I need adderall, folks. If I could focus like this all the time, I can crank out a lot of stuff.

At any rate, the piece was inspired by Alfonse Mucha’s art noveau works. He didn’t use Adobe Illustrator, and he probably finished a poster in a day or so. Baahhhh so it boils down to whether the process of doing or the time/energy invested is the factor that makes drawing fun. I guess I am looking at all this from the wrong perspective.

Any of you out there that are artistically inclined care to share with me your struggles in your talent/gift? Is anyone out there? Hello?
