Stephen Novicki and his self- made weapon - Nighwing. (Named by me after DC Comics's hero - Nightwing). Nightwing looks alike metal stick, but works alike stun - gun. Stephen as rookie engineering also use different types of greandiers. Including smoking one - alike on this picture.
This guy may leave in Fullmetal Alchemist universe, but he strongly belive that you do not need to use Alchemy to became Badass.
