Since I had most of the pieces of Sailor Uranus from making my Sailor Hawkeye (to be uploaded) and parts from Sailor Neptune, I decided to give it a shot. I borrowed the wig, brooch (which I made) and boots off Gillykins and wore it to Unplugged Expo 2014.
