Two orcas cruise in the Hauraki Gulf, after attempting to hunt down some prey.This is one of my favourite shots from the day!
I think the bull is called Funky Monkey.

Damn...almost had it! Only a calf left, and we would have found the real trio from RoT
That's a very nice shot indeed. The peaceful azul water, and the distant land matching with the sky, then suddenly the black and white hunters hit the surface, bearing their colors high above the waves.
And I don't why, but if you look at the picture, you'll see the water actually ripple...
