Beautiful and very creepy at the same time. I almost feel the cold when I look at it. Nazgul with visible face in your version is much more... (searching for a word...) ...dead that an empty cloak.

I like it! Very nice atmosphere in the piece. Though seeing them with an actual human face seems strange to me! I always picture them as just an empty cloak. But but! Love the green mist at the bottom, I think that looks really nice. And for some reason the sword hilt stands out to me. It's very well done, so kudos there!
But I find your lack of undead kittys disturbing.
