I think you can figure that out now

Scruffies in the UK tend to have custom faces painted on them/attached to them. THAT's the source. A painter paints it on- and people take pictures. My picture source came from NG02 shunter- who works on the Bluebell. I'd already said he provided the photo. It might not be uploaded to the Internet. That I don't know.
