I guess foreign dignitaries are on a visit or something because idek he just looks way too polite to be talking to someone he knew.Yay for... very medieval-ish young Loki with cute stupid hair and goofy face.
I'm not sure if I like this or not - there's something seriously wrong with his mouth and nose.

Yeah. If you want to sound polite (or slightly pretentious and official) in Finnish you have to do it by altering the words you already use, not by adding something polite in the sentence.

Yes, I guess the easy way is to use plural "you" te instead of singular "you" sinΓ€, and conditional mood of verbs ("would you" etc.).
Kiitos "thank you" and anteeksi "I'm sorry/pardon me" are also good. The closest translation to "please" would probably be pyydΓ€n but it's actually like "I'm asking you to..."
