Don't let his seemingly idiotic and sparatic nature fool you into thinking he's a fool. He is politically incorrect most of the time because he either doesn't realize he's doing so or doesn't care. He is extremely curious and while that would seem fine for a normal person he's dangerous in the fact he lacks remorse or feelings of guilt, he likes to take things apart and see what makes them tick (living creatures/beings are no exception) In order to get what he wants he is not above manipulating or using his silver tongue to charm someone into giving him what he wants.
