I like the way the whole figure works as a module.
Interesting the contrast between the thick uniform lines of the contour and the fine expressive lines of the interior.

I mean it works as a compact design that can be repeated to form a larger design.
You could do the experiment of repeating the character in the plane to generate a mosaic formed by modules.
As in some drawings by Escher.

Really like how you're going for a bit of a different style on this one, like how her clothes are flowy, almost as if there's a kinda wind blowing in whatever kind of cyberspace she's in. I also like the way her legs sort of cut out, like she's glitching a bit and it really helps with the sort of digital character aesthetic you're going for, like they can control which parts of their "model" are visible. The style is messy and cute but not overtly chibi either because the proportions are slightly more realistic, and i just really like that kind of style. Her hair is so poofy too, it looks soft, and you can tell she's pretty bored too, give her some nicer phone apps lol! great work c: !!!!

That's a really cute and unique look! I like the rough lineart and the shoulders especially x3 If I was to make any suggestion, I think her facial expression could be less neutral, since I find it hard to read what emotion she's feeling.
