He was one of the heads of the Gnorc Coalition during the Great Midgrandia War and has been in power from 1921 to 1945. It's often been speculated by Dragon historians that he has blood connections with his grand-nephew Gnasty Gnorc, but Matoran historians have also speculated he may be his father who was assassinated by Etna in a disguised concubine ambush. Despite his aims to make a classless society of gnorcs, he didn't have the power or expertise to make it the kingdom that Gnasty Gnorc would follow through 19 years later.

He's a mysterious Gnorc who believes that the Dragon Empire's Republic moral code was stained by their leaders during the GMW. He's kept the Gnorc society to himself and would not ally with anyone, especially Misilleeka. Quiet, yet calculating. He does manage to keep his own country peaceful by not being involved in serious conflicts that occur in Metru Spherus. His death came to pass in Mid 1945, but results were unknown. Many historians of different cultures have speculated various outcomes. But the only ones who know his true passing were the gnorcs, and Gnasty himself (something that may never be revealed).

His portrait painting was used in Gnasty's lair under Berlin un Germany when he and his gnorcs settled there on Earth during the latter years of the Cold War.
