Found out how to have a binary eraser on sai and ended up doodling this.

Her name is Nine, she's an old character of mine from an old story I wrote titled Tagger.
She works under an organization called CLOCK and she is a specialized Tagger, an elite unit who uses special guns to obliterate their target. I can't remember where I put the old doodles and story notes.
She used to be another dimension NayNay, hence why the markings look similar.
