A little drawing I finished today. I've had it laying around since last winter and I thought I'd finally put it out of its misery and finish it. Mixed feelings, but it's nice to have finished something.Related content

Each time I see your style, I love it all over again. What doesn't sit right for me is that the cat seems to be genuinely the 'nice guy' in this picture. I've never met a cat yet in my life who doesn't have the royal streak saying 'you may adore me now' or 'I will care for you because I am a such a magnanimous creature.' But that is a very small issue because this cat might have a different character.

Haha, yeah... it's true, it is weird for a cat to be the nice guy. Mostly they are not. During an earlier stage of this drawing, I had him looking a little more sly than he does now, but for whatever reason changed it up. I guess I felt the girl's un-niceness should outshine his, I dunno.

haha I think its really funny that all cats seem to have the same kind of attitude everywhere (of course I've met nice cats and I've met ones that look like they want to look like they embody the devil) but they are all so similar. haha

Haha I know what you mean, my own cat is guilty of this sly and evil attitude. But he has moments of sweetness to compensate!
