Description
This was a photo taken during a protest made by all of the schools within the Humanities Building in New York (they were protesting all of the recent killings of young black males by police officers by chanting things like "Hands up, don't shoot" and "How do you spell murder? NYPD!" while being accompanied by a whole damn platoon of officers to "protect" them).

Being a journalist and editor in chief for the one issue only school newspaper, I followed the protest, accompanied by my rival journalist friend (we were having a "newspaper war" to see whose paper was better), all the way to Union Square to report on the event. In the end, my rival and I decided to create a joint article and this photo, along with the article, were both featured in his newspaper. Needless to say, my newspaper won without the article anyway (by a vote of 0.1% suck ittt).

But back to what I was gonna say, we followed the protest to Union Square where an elderly man had joined in the protest with the young adults (ha, adults) in highschool. The result was an awesome looking ph0to (not to toot my own horn but I personally like it, and I rarely like my own work).

This will probably be the last post for today. I'll get the unedited versions of today's previous photo's later. I've got homework to do and a dog to walk.
