Description
Character design is decided and now, we do turnarounds and gestures of the character to see what kind ofdeformations the character need in 3d. Also we do a turnaround of the character to see and know what the character should
look lik ein every direction.
Color studies are also necessary for texturing.

Pretty neat study. I didin't have time to make one myself since everything I had planned during the pre-production stage of our demos was thrown to the garbage and I decided to make a totally different movie 3 days before production started xD

Hah that always happens.. My story went through a ot as wel actually.
I have 5 animatics each of different stories. I also had 3 totally different stories and characters before I settled with this one.
But character studies really help to see what the character is like and would be like, if put next to other characters.
I go through quite a bit of studying before I build them on 3d.
