"AUGH."

It was far too early in the morning for any wyngling Keri's age to be awake. However, a certain SOMEONE (...I mean Keri.) hadn't been able to sleep at all. She drummed her claws on the ground, her only form of entertainment in the dark room. It wasn't any use waking someone up to play only to get in trouble with Alma later. However, there was one thing she could do without waking anyone up- explore. Stepping out of the room where the rest of the wynglings were resting peacefully and into the hallways of the Nook, Keri made mental notes of each and every interesting thing to look at, down to the cracks in the floorboards. After wandering for seemingly an eternity, Keri bumped her nose into a cracked-open door, just barely escaping closing it off to her and waking up the entire Nook. She shuddered at the thought and pried it back open. The walls were lined with shelves of fabric and ribbons and incredibly sharp things that wynglings should definitely not be ANYWHERE around.

But here she was anyway.

Walking around the room for a good 10 minutes or so, Keri nearly tripped and fell when something slid out from under her claw. Looking down, it was a silky black ribbon just long enough to tie around her neck. Not stopping for a second, Keri neatly fixed the ribbon to her neck. A little tight, but lovely nonetheless! With her head held high, she trodded back to her room, waiting for the sunrise to show off some new added flair.
