The colors~ it's all over the place, it actually took me by surprise there for a bit, but anyways let's get into it.
right off the bat you showed a great talent in styling her hair, and detailing it with proper lining, and shadowing, kudos to the rainbow bow too, nice touch there. Her eye in particular also looks really good, I like the touch of pink there too. I'm also seeing you are matching her outfit quite properly with the rainbow pattern, and I see that little smiley, really cute decoration.
Honestly this drawing is just all smiles for me, the dedication is seen and felt, and I can't help but to enjoy it, and clever little design choice with the colored pencils on the hem of her skirt. I don't have much in terms of critique...I guess her chin is a little too long and pointy, but that's just a nit-pick and it doesn't hold the drawing back the least bit so quite honestly, great work, and once more I'm looking forward to the rest of your future creations!
