I finished my first rain-meter skin. It really wasn't too difficult.

Had a difficult time trying to bitmap-meter the clock and had more success with Meter-Image, but ended up with a font that will work until I can figure out how to create with meter-bitmap or Meter-Image.

Background image for the clock was created by AI gives the clock a good clean Art Deco Feel.
