Description
Quall(name pending), based on my idea of ‘white oil.’ Not sure if the character will stay Feonix or not, feather patterns may change, colors may desaturate…whole design is in limbo. This character is probably one of the most difficult to name but Quall is suitable so I might keep it.Sai and PSCS5

I like how complicated and simple he is at the same time. And this tensed, attentive and maybe even surprised look in his eyes (btw, it's "he", right?))) is interesting already by itself.
