I also forgot to mention another thing that intrigued me (I didn’t realize until after I’d finished the vid, which is why it isn’t included):

when Luz said “get out of my head” and the ambulance theory is true, or is at least one of the things she was referencing, that means she’s genuinely been remembering what happened like all day, which is probably why she didn’t want to be alone with her thoughts, not necessarily just so she wouldn’t have to think about her mother. That’s also probably one of the reasons why she’s so exhausted by the end of the episode: obviously everything that happened was stressful, but having a traumatic memory constantly going through your head in top of it just make things so much worse.
