nail strips sold at most drug stores. so no effort or waiting for it to dry at all. I usually prefer to do my own nail art but when i dont have time nail strips are a fun alternative

mine used to look retarded when i started painting my nails as a teen, but the more i did it the better i got.
with the nail strips there is a trick to the. first of all make sure the glue is nice a new. if the box is old the glue tends not to stick as well
secondly apply to the center of the nail from the cuticle to the tip. then smooth to sides making sure there arent any air bubbles.
if its a little stiffer or has alot of holographic components ( sephora, nail rock) use a hair dryer. when the strip is sitting on the nail ( just the center, you havent pressed them in yet. so very early step one. ) use the fan to blow some warm air onto the strip which will cause it to become softer. usually 5-10 seconds is all you need. then smooth out.
use nail scissors to trim all the excess, then use a nail file to get rid of the ridges at the tips and even out the tip area.
then your all done.
