What gauge steel is this? Also, I like how you attached the two plates on the sallet.

Duuuuuudeee.....
I saw your first armor, that one was damn good, but this one outstands the first O___o
Not just that it looks historically correct it looks also like a lot of difficult work that you've done very well, respect!
I think the only little issue i have with this armor are the tip of the sabatons...
But man, you'll make great armor in the future...
May i ask what materiaöl you used?

Thanks man. I'll do both historical and (practical) fantasy armors.

I used Iron.

Nice What do you think about making a (practical) Elven Armor?
I really like the design of Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings/ Hobbit Elven armors, but the lack of elbow, knee, throat, hand and upper leg armor dissaponted me always.
I think you could do it better in this way, so it becomes truely practical.

Nice, it was tin before, right?

i do too like Peter Jackson LOTR elven armors, specially the Noldor, but i feel they lack an important component besides  elbow, knee, throat, hand and upper leg armor: Gambesons AKA Padded armor.

Indeed, i started using Tin, but they suck. Cardboard was better than tin.

Yeah, that bothered me also a bit...

Tin is a nightmare, cardboard looks good, but only steel for me^^

if you grind down the corners of your line work tool you can get rid of the bumps in the line caused by the corners. it also allows you to get a longer line by rocking the tool.
