TKG (tama kake gohan) is raw egg that's cracked over steaming rice and mixed with soy sauce! It can also be eaten with other toppings like natto and nori seaweed, yum!Yeah, I'd been craving for one of those but you'd have to make sure the eggs are clean or pasteurised, if you know what I mean.
