rewatching DW and thinking up pokemonified designs.. it should be evident why the doctor (ninth doctor in this case) is an absolute (death follows him, ect) but Rose as a minccino is just because I think it's cute. About five seconds after I decided Minccino would be cute I was reminded that it would make a ton more sense, and be a ton more clever, if rose was like. a Lycanroc or something. or like, a poochyena... but I was attached too badly to minccino rose.
