The background looks great, I love the scratchy look you put onto it, the clouds and the stars look very pretty and I love how the color of the background makes the stars' glow pop out a bit. Very pretty drawing, the little guy on the swing looks very nice too. I think you're a really great artist and I admire your work, its filled with alot of creativity and themes.
